Weare seeking a Senior Customer Support Associate to join our team inthe Administration industry. The ideal candidate will have 13 yearsof experience in customer support and will be responsible forproviding excellent service to our clients. The Senior CustomerSupport Associate will handle escalated customer inquiries resolveissues and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strongcommunication skills problemsolving abilities and a customerfocusedmindset. Main Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative supportto the Accounting team. Perform accurate and efficient data entrytasks, ensuring all data is input correctly. Organize and maintainfiles, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval.Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation asrequired by the team. Handle various administrative dutiesincluding correspondence, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the team leader tosupport the overall functioning of thedepartment.
Education
Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in officeadministration or related fields are a plus.
