Own Your Impact on Our AI Roadmap
In this senior role, you'll play a key part in defining and executing our AI roadmap. You'll focus on building and fostering strategic partnerships with leading cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure and deepen our integrations with products like SageMaker, Bedrock, and Vertex AI. You'll also play a key role in identifying and collaborating with cutting-edge Gen AI startups. But your impact goes beyond building a robust Gen AI/ML partnership ecosystem. Internally, you'll work hand-in-hand with our AI Engineering teams to define and execute our Gen AI/ML roadmap. This collaborative approach ensures our integrations and technologies seamlessly align with developer needs for building next-generation intelligent applications
Your expertise will be critical in:
Market Analysis and Innovation: Deeply understand the evolving AI/ML landscape, identifying key trends and partnership opportunities with established players and Gen AI startups. Partnership Development and Management: Build and cultivate strong relationships with leading cloud providers, AI/ML companies, and Gen AI startups. Product Strategy and Integration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define how our technologies can best complement and integrate with partner solutions, creating a unified experience for developers. Developer Advocacy: Champion the needs of developers building AI-powered applications with Couchbase and our partner ecosystem.Who We're Looking For
You're a seasoned product leader (5+ years of Product experience) with a proven track record of success in bringing innovative technology solutions to market. You have a good understanding of Gen AI/ML, including experience with traditional ML/AI pipelines, feature engineering, or similar data infrastructure solutions. Prior product management experience is essential, with a strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product roadmaps and user stories. Experience with database technologies is a plus, but not mandatory. You're an excellent communicator with a collaborative spirit, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Bonus Points for:
You have built and shipped AI/ML products in the past as a Product Manager or an Engineer. You closely worked with Data Engineering , Data Science , Machine Learning Engineering teams in the past. Knowledge of emerging AI technologies like Generative AI (GenAI), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector Databases. Experience working with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure.Ready to Make a Difference?
