Project Planning and Design:Lead the architectural design and planning of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to create innovative and functional architectural designs.Ensure designs comply with all regulatory requirements and are within budget constraints.
Project Management:Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects from conception to completion.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of architects, designers, and planners.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Stakeholder Management:Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project status.
Quality Control and Compliance:Ensure all designs and construction meet high-quality standards and are in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and resolve any design-related issues.
Innovation and Sustainability:Promote sustainable design practices and incorporate green building principles into projects.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.
Primary responsibility-
  • Liaison with architect and local statutory body for finalization of design, liaison with project construction team.
  • Preparing inputs in the construction drawings.
  • Site related issues coordinating with principle architect and preparing and executing detailing at site.
  • Taking leading roles in finishing items.
  • Preparation of GFC drawings and preparation drawings for final statutory approval.
