Job Summary:

The Senior Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and plans that meet project specifications and client requirements. This position involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project teams to create accurate drafts while ensuring adherence to building codes and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and produce detailed architectural drawings and plans using software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Revit.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to fully understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Review and interpret architectural designs, offering insights on design feasibility, structural integrity, and potential improvements.
  • Ensure that all architectural drawings comply with local building codes, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with project teams to address any drafting-related issues, incorporating revisions and changes as necessary.
  • Maintain organized records of drafts, revisions, project progress, and other documentation to ensure a clear workflow and project tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, working on complex and detailed projects.


  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and other architectural drafting tools.
  • Solid understanding of architectural design principles, structural elements, and building codes.
