Weare seeking a passionate and resultoriented Project Manager to joinour dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading and managingIT projects from inception to completion. This role requires acombination of strong project management skills and a deepunderstanding of project ownership principles. The ideal candidatewill be able to drive projects forward ensuring timely delivery andhighqualityoutcomes.


RolesandResponsibilities:

  • Developcomprehensive project plans including timelines resourcesallocation andmilestones.
  • Coordinatewith internal resources and clients for the flawless execution ofprojects.
  • Ensurethat all projects are delivered on time within the scope and withinthe budgetassigned.
  • Workas the primary point of contact for projectrelated decisionscollaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements andpriorities.
  • Manageproject resources effectively including team members andbudget.
  • Monitorand evaluate project progress identifying and addressing any issuesthat may impactdelivery.
  • Managechanges to the project scope project schedule and project costsusing appropriate verificationtechniques.
  • Measureproject performance using appropriate tools and techniques reportand escalate to management asneeded.
  • Implementrobust feedback cycle for continuous improvement seeking andincorporating feedback throughout theproject.
  • Determiningand overseeing consistent testing evaluation and troubleshooting ofall products in all stages ofcompletion.
  • Managethe relationship with the client and allstakeholders
  • Trackand monitor risks implementing mitigation strategies and adaptingasneeded.
  • Createand maintain comprehensive projectdocumentation.
  • Delegateproject tasks based on individual strengths skill sets andexperiencelevels
  • Meet budgetaryobjectives and adjust project constraints based on financialanalysis
  • Attendconferences and training as required to maintainproficiency
  • Stayup to date on the latest trends and best practices in IT projectmanagement.
  • Effectivelyleading by mentoring and guiding the team in achieving the desiredgoals.


Requirements


  • Bachelors/mastersdegree in a relevant field; additional certifications in projectmanagement are aplus.
  • Minimum46 years of experience as a Project Manager (Preferably ITTechnology).
  • Certificationcourses like PMP Prince2 or Scrum Master would bepreferable.
  • Proventrack record of successfully delivering projects on time withinbudget andscope.
  • Strongunderstanding of agile methodologies and experience with agiletools.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Abilityto manage multiple projects and thrive in fastpacedenvironment.
  • Analyticalmindset with strong problemsolvingskills.
  • Familiaritywith software development life cycle (SDLC)processes.
  • Knowledgeof tools such as Jira Azure DevOps MS Projects Zoho Projects orsimilar project management and collaborationplatforms.
