Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of game development projects from concept to release.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs.
  • Create and manage project plans and processes.
  • Participate in creating and maintaining documentation for software and system design.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Leading and managing teams to ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between software development and IT operations.
  • Implementing automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines) to streamline software development and deployment processes.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Facilitating continuous testing and quality assurance practices to maintain high standards of software delivery.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the project team.
  • Work closely with QA teams to define testing strategies, ensure comprehensive testing is conducted, and that the final product meets the highest quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project management lifecycle and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the project team or with external stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.


Experience:

  • Proficiency in Electron.JS, React, Pixi.JS and Node.JS.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Experience with Appium, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with GIT and GitHub for version control.
  • Good to have DevOps experience.


Skills:

  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
  • Expertise in identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Agile Methodology.
  • Agile Certification is a plus.
