Our client is an AgriTechcompany that connects farmers to suppliers and buyers on a singleplatform. Online marketplace providing all the agriculturalproducts and services to farmers. They are seeking adynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Headof Supply Chain Management for our rapidly growing ecommercecompany. As the primary leader in the supply chain function youwill play a pivotal role in optimizing our endtoend supply chainprocesses ensuring efficiency accuracy and timely delivery ofproducts to our customers. The ideal candidate will bring astrategic mindset strong leadership skills and a deep understandingof ecommerce supply chaindynamics.Responsibilities:1.StrategicPlanning:
  • Develop andexecute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with thecompanys overall businessobjectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to integrate supply chain considerations into productdevelopment sales and marketingstrategies.
2.SupplierManagement:
  • Overseerelationships with key suppliers negotiating terms and ensuring areliable and costeffective supply ofgoods.
  • Implement vendor performance metrics andregularly assess supplier performance against establishedKPIs.
3. InventoryManagement:
  • Leadinventory planning and forecasting efforts to maintain optimalstock levels while minimizing excessinventory.
  • Implement inventory control measuresto prevent stockouts and overstocksituations.
4.Logistics andDistribution:
  • Designand optimize logistics and distribution networks to maximizeefficiency and reduce lead times.
  • Collaboratewith thirdparty logistics partners to ensure seamlesstransportation and deliveryprocesses.
5.TechnologyandAutomation:
  • Identifyand implement technology solutions to enhance supply chainvisibility traceability and overallefficiency.
  • Evaluate and integrate automationopportunities within the supply chain such as warehouse managementsystems (WMS) and order fulfillmenttechnologies.
6.RiskManagement:
  • Developand implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chaindisruptions.
  • Monitor global economic trends andregulatory changes impacting the supplychain.
7.TeamLeadership andDevelopment:
  • Buildand lead a highperforming supply chain team fostering acollaborative and innovative workenvironment.
  • Provide mentorship coaching andprofessional development opportunities for teammembers.

Requirements
  • Provenexperience in supply chain management within the ecommerce B2Cindustry
  • Strong analytical strategic thinkingand problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent leadershipand communication abilities.
  • Familiarity withecommerce platforms and technologies.
  • Indepthknowledge experience of logistics 3PL logistics warehouse demandplanning / forecasting liquidation sourcing &procurement.
