Job Overview


We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Sales Executive to join our team at Avanta Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As a Medical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our home healthcare programs, nursing rehabilitation center services, and medical equipment/consumables. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in home healthcare or related industry
  • Strong communication and sales ability
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven ability in relationship building and negotiation
  • Effective presentation skills to deliver product presentations to potential customers


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and reach out to potential customers to promote and sell our home healthcare programs, nursing rehabilitation center services, and medical equipment/consumables
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and competitors' activities
  • Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction
