JobSummary:
Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant GeneralManager (AGM) of Sales and Marketing to play a key role in drivingour sales and marketing efforts globally. You will be responsiblefor contributing to the development and execution of strategicsales and marketing plans supporting the Head of Sales andMarketing and leading a dedicated team within thedepartment.

Responsibilities:
Develop Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales andmarketing plans to achieve revenue and market share growthobjectives. Manage and lead a team of salesand marketing professionals including setting targets providingcoaching and evaluating performance.Identify and target new market opportunities particularly in thedefense sector. Develop and maintain strongrelationships with key customers and partners alongside the Head ofSales and Marketing. Execute effectivemarketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness withinyour designated territory/segment.Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketinginitiatives within your area ofresponsibility. Stay abreast of industrytrends and technologies within the assigned marketsegment. Analyze market data and provideinsights to inform strategic decisionmaking.Contribute to the development of new products and services aligningthem with marketneeds.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineeringor a related field preferably in electrical andelectronics. 7 years of experience in salesand marketing with at least 3 years in a leadershiprole. Proven track record of success inachieving sales and marketing objectives.Strong understanding of the defense market and its uniquechallenges and opportunities or a demonstrable willingness tolearn. Good knowledge of the ATE market andits competitive landscape. Excellentcommunication presentation and interpersonalskills. Ability to lead and motivate ateam. Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills. Ability to travel asneeded.
Preferredqualifications:
MBA or other relevant degree in electrical andelectronics. Experience in managing a teamwithin the ATE or defense industry.Experience in developing and launching new products andservices. Strong track record in buildingand managing strategic partnerships. Fluencyin multiple languages particularly those relevant to yourdesignatedterritory/segment.
