As a Global Derivate Solution Associate in the Global Derivative Solutions team, you will be responsible for creating and updating marketing materials, promoting efficiencies in sales management, and providing trade analytics. You will also provide coverage and risk management for our suite of derivative solutions products in the Global Private Bank. This role offers the opportunity to develop market knowledge in Equities, FX, Commodities and Fixed Income derivative solutions in the full product range, including derivatives and structured products. You will also have the chance to partner with our global team in New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore, and interact with all global counterparts.

Job Responsibilities

Develop market knowledge in Equities, FX, Commodities and Fixed Income derivative solutions in the full product range, including derivatives and structured products. Manage various risk controls impacting the desk (XVA, Credit risk and follow risk & compliance policies and procedures. Provide education and assist creation of marketing materials (including pitch books) for sales force and ng any ACL needs (inbox management, questions, reporting needs, . Assist the marketing effort of trade ideas and contribute to internal marketing forums (creating slides and content for the daily morning meeting) Prepare, monitor and communicate business metrics to management on a periodic basis. Prepare and maintain detailed metrics and identify key trends to proactively develop resources for the sales force. Partnering well across internal stakeholders (Asset Class Leaders (ACL’s), Structuring, Business Management, Product Development, Middle Office, Investment Bank partners etc. as .

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

Minimum 4 years of work experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field. CA/MBA/CFA (charter holder or pursuing)/CAIA. Knowledge and experience in the Derivatives (any asset class). Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing assignments with limited supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Tableau.  Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and relationship management skills. Strong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and strong interpersonal skills as required to interact with personnel across the team and firm.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Project management and follow-through skills. Sensitivity to discretely handle highly confidential and related client/manager information Comfort with organizing and interpreting large amounts of data.
