RoleWeare seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join awell established Logistics firm. The Executive will play a crucialrole in driving sales growth meeting potential clients andexpanding the market presence in the freight forwarding andlogisticsindustry.
Responsibilities:
  • SalesGeneration: Actively prospect identify and secure new businessopportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector toachieve individual sales targets.
  • ClientRelationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationshipswith existing and potential clients understanding their needs andproviding tailored solutions to enhance customersatisfaction.
  • Product and Service Presentation:Effectively communicate the companys services features and benefitsto clients through presentations proposals andmeetings.
  • Market Research: Stay updated onindustry trends market conditions and competitor activities toidentify potential areas for businessexpansion.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate withinternal teams including operations and customer service to ensuresmooth service delivery and address client inquiries orconcerns.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accuraterecords of sales activities prepare regular sales reports andprovide insights to management on sales performance and markettrends.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informedabout product knowledge industry changes and best sales practicesthrough training sessions workshops andselfstudy.

Requirements:
  • SalesExperience: 24 years of experience in sales preferably within thefreight forwarding logistics or relatedindustry.
  • GoalOriented: Proven track record ofmeeting or exceeding sales targets andquotas.
  • Communication Skills: Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage withclients understand their requirements and presentsolutions.
  • SelfMotivated: Highly motivatedproactive and able to work independently to drive salesinitiatives.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive ina fastpaced and dynamic environment adapting to changes andchallenges in the industry.
  • Must have a 2 / 4wheeler
