Execute Management Audit Plan of the assigned Units and assist theBusiness Audit Head in
achieving CMA goals/objectives.Conduct audit related to control environment operations
cost reduction methods avoidable losses & prevention anddetection of frauds and prepare
draft report and submitto concerned functional heads.


JobContext

The Corporate Management Audit functionis committed towards system
perfection across the Groupin India and Overseas by continuous evolution implementationand
review of controls Corporate Governance andmitigation of risks cost reduction methods
effective MISand Statutory Compliance across the Group.

Thefunction regularly shares information best practices among theUnits helps the Group to
keep pace with the fastchangingbusiness scenario and enables value addition to the
stakeholders.

Corporate Management Audit ensurethat organisation is managing its resources economically
and efficiently in various areas viz. Commercial Technical SalesMarketing Purchases Project
Management ManufacturingLogistics Legal MIS Civil costing etc. and adding value tothe
overall business.

The Corporatefunction has been making significant contribution to Units bysuggesting cost
reduction avoidable losses preventionand detection of frauds and Risk & Control
improvements annually.

MajorChallenges:

1. The job demands monitoringproblem solving learning ability and
communication.

2. To obtain acceptance / actionplan from management (Functional Head
Department Headsat Units) for implementation of control and system as suggested inAudit
reports.

Key ResultsArea


KRA1Conduct Management audits at assigned Unit in line with theapproved audit
plan and any other areas considered byCAH.
Perform effective reviews of the audit assignmentto ensure indepth audit coverage.
Coverage of assignedareas as per plan.
Communicate and coordinate with Unitdepartments and TMs.

KRA2 Identify Key Findingsand prepare Draft Reports and assist to CAH in finalizationof
report released.
Prevention &Detection of frauds.
Identification of cost savingopportunity revenue leakages.
Carry out theinvestigative work and conduct market study.
Reportcases of Code of conduct or values violations.

KRA3 Review of Internal Control and Risk Management of theUnit.
Timely submission of review reports andsuggestions on process/ system improvement.

KRA4Conduct Special Assignment as and when assigned by CAH &Prepare Draft Reports and
submit to CAH.
Timely completion of Special Assignment by submittingreports.

KRA5 Discuss with the Unit managementto implement the agreed action plan of the previous
reports and submit the action taken reports (ATR) toCAH.
Timely submission of the ATR.
Followupopen issues / target dates of action to be taken on auditobservations.

KRA6 Identifying training needs ofthe team members upon discussion with the CAH.
Completeness of MDP.
Demonstration of key learnings fromtrainings.
