RINA is currently recruiting for a Infrastructure Talent Acquisition Specialist  to join its office in Ghaziabadwithin the Transport & Mobility Division.

Mission

The CV procurement engineer would assist in identifying resources for current projects and bids.

Key Accountabilities

1. Assist Business Development Team in bids by identifying resources

2. Obtain consent from key professionals 

3. Work with provided budgets for experts

4. Assist Project Managers in identifying resources for projects

5. Interact with client for mobilization and demobilization of experts

6. Coordinate with business development and project management team 

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management or Marketing

Qualifications

Relevant internship experience or 1-5 years of related experience in engineering and talent acquisition Engineering Knowledge: Basic understanding of engineering concepts and calculations. Ability to collaborate with engineers and technical experts. Ensure accurate incorporation of mobilization and demobilization Software Skills: Proficiency in Linked in, Naukri Familiarity with engineering software is a plus.
