Job Summary: The Relationship Manager Sales for the BANCA channel will be responsible for driving sales and achieving business targets through the bancassurance channel within their designated area. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners, promoting insurance products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager Sales will report directly to the State Sales Head.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Achievement: Achieve sales targets and business objectives through the bancassurance channel.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive sales and enhance collaboration.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to banking partners and clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
- Product Promotion: Promote insurance products to banking partners and clients, providing detailed information and answering any questions.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for banking partners to enhance their understanding of insurance products and sales techniques.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning within the area.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to the State Sales Head.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the bancassurance model and experience working with banking partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
