Minimum qualification: An accountancy professional qualification is preferred 5+ years of work experience in Taxes of India Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset. We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated Tax EMEA & Asia Expert on a full-time basis. This position will be based at our Gurgaon Office.
We are currently recruiting for someone to join as the Tax EMEA & Asia Expert for our business. Candidate will act as Tax Expert India, also interact with a group of global team in all Tax related matters.
Their tasks will be:
Calculation of tax liabilities, tax form preparation, and external filing/reporting. Researching, analysis, and interpretation for purposes of tax compliance, planning, and optimization; Tax-specific transaction recording and record maintenance. Consultation with external consultants and agencies on tax matters. Will be involved in the different tax processes of RHI Magnesita on a group and regional level. Will be supporting different Business Units in daily and strategic tax demands. To successfully provide input to different teams, you will need to partner up with various stakeholders and act as a collaborative partner throughout the process. Analyze Corporate Income Taxes in India, as well as assess the relevant tax impacts to RHI Magnesita both on a retroactively and prospectively basis. Draft documents to explain the tax rationale of proposed actions to colleagues of different backgrounds. Manage uncertain tax positions Identifying and communicating tax-efficiency opportunities. Periodically review tax developments (, legislation and significant court rulings) on relevant jurisdictions. Follow up of internal key information (, financial results, transfer pricing adjustments and business contracts). Proactive engagement with tax authorities, with transparency, alignment and consistency on all key tax matters.What we bring to the table
