Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparation, cooking and presenting Continental dishes. Assist with stock ordering and monitoring procedures. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety at all times. Participate fully in all meetings, training and forums.
RequirementsResponsibilities: Able to wash and restock dishes, cups and silverware, including load/unload dishwashers. Maintain, clean and organize kitchen equipment to ensure proper working condition. Clean, sweep, mop floors, dishwashing and organized cooking materials.
