As the first line of communication with a prospect, theideal Inside Sales Executive has a strong understanding of the sales processand excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting upsales closers for success. The incumbent should be a quick learner who hasstrong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in acompelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boostingtop-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability

Responsibilities:

Identify pharma, biotech requiring Aragen’s service offerings

• Use of professional social networking platforms such as LinkedIn to findrelevant people in target companies

• Prepare database in a prescribed format. Generate email id’s as per specificcompanies email format.

• Reach out with customised email to seek attention to our services. Follow-upwith emails and cold calls.

• Run mass-emailing campaigns for a particular service awareness.

• Coordinate with Marketing team to generate industry segment wise marketingcollaterals, infographics, brochures, presentations, etc.

• Utilize Salesforce to explore existing database, cold calls, and email togenerate new sales opportunities

• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and territorymanagers.

• Report to sales manager and BU head with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

• Collating and communicating customer feedback to appropriate departments.

• Delivering administrative support and updating CRM etc.

• Assisting with communication between field-based Sales and their customers.

• Participate in required and recommended training sessions to obtain andmaintain an in-depth technical and applications knowledge of the CompanyProduct Portfolio.

Requirements:

• B Pharm/BSc ( In Life Sciences)/M Pharm with a MBA in Marketing is preferable

• Strong Organisational and Administration Skills

• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

• The ability to manage a variety of different tasks simultaneously

• The ability to be proactive in the workplace

• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy of work

• Ability to conduct presentations in front of varying audiences

• proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software

• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
