Asa Quality Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring thehighest standards of quality and performance across ourproducts/services. You will be responsible for analyzing evaluatingand monitoring various processes to identify areas for improvementensuring that our deliverables meet the established qualitybenchmarks. Your attention to detail analytical mindset and strongcommunication skills will be key in providing valuable insights toenhance our operational efficiency and customersatisfaction.
Responsibilities: Performcomprehensive quality assessments on products services andoperational processes to identify discrepancies and areas forimprovement. Monitor and evaluate theperformance of customer interactions including calls chats andemails to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance withcompany policies. Develop and implementquality control measures standard operating procedures (SOPs) andbest practices to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams tounderstand quality requirements identify root causes of issues andimplement corrective and preventive actions. Conduct regular audits to verify compliancewith industry regulations internal policies and externalstandards. Generate detailed reports andpresent findings to management highlighting trends areas ofimprovement and potential risks. Providetimely feedback and coaching to team members to promote continuousimprovement and ensure a consistent level of quality in servicedelivery. Work closely with the trainingdepartment to design and deliver qualityfocused training programsfor employees to maintain highqualityperformance. Participate in calibrationsessions with other quality team members to ensure consistency inevaluation methodologies. Stay updated withindustry trends quality standards and best practices to incorporateinnovative approaches into the quality assurance process.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in relevantfield or equivalent work experience. Provenexperience as a Quality Analyst Quality Assurance Specialist orsimilar role Strong understanding of quality assurancemethodologies processes and tools. Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills with an eye fordetail. Familiarity with quality managementsystems and process improvement techniques.Exceptional written and verbal communicationskills. Ability to work independently andcollaboratively within a team environment. Proficient in using quality monitoring software and MicrosoftOffice Suite. Demonstrated ability tomultitask and manage time effectively.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritizetasks. Should be minimumGraduate.
