Role&Responsibilities:
  • Supportthe Information Technology needs of an offshore office in terms ofonboarding resources procurement and offboardingtasks.
  • Provide technical support and guidanceto users.
  • Record activities solutions and otherresponses to requests for service.
  • Performminor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicingneeds.
  • Maintain systems applications securityand network configurations.
  • Support and manageintegration with other enterprise software utilized by theorganization.
  • Support PC hardware componentsdesktop operating system software and applicationsoftware.
  • Prepare project documentation andprocedures.
  • Execute upgrades patches newapplications and equipmentimplementation.
  • Analysis of hardware andsoftware in a distributed networking environment utilizing acceptednetwork management and monitoring software andsystems.
  • Identify and report system issues tovendors. Monitor and test resolution of those issues sent tovendors.
  • Monitor antivirus software and updatesand repair computers infected with spyware adware and/orviruses.
  • Monitor backup systems and proceduresto ensure data security.
  • Assist in maintaininginventory records and documentation forequipment.
  • Contribute to Employ IT technicaldocumentation and participate in policy procedure and standardsdevelopment.
  • Develop and provide user trainingfor basic hardware and software use.
  • Providebackup technical support for network components including routerfirewall and wireless access points.
  • Maintainopen communication and a positive working relationship withstaff.
  • Perform other technical duties asassigned.
  • SystemIntegration: Collaborate with IT and business teamsto design and implement seamless dataflows.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistencyacross integrated platforms.
  • UserTraining and Documentation: Create and maintaindocumentation for system configurations processes and bestpractices.
  • Security andCompliance: Implement and enforce security policiesto safeguard financial and businessdata.
  • Ensure compliance with industryregulations and internalpolicies.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with crossfunctional teams includingfinance IT and business operations.
  • Collaboratewith vendors and external partners to resolve issues and implementenhancements.

IdealCandidateRequirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related fieldor equivalent experience.
  • 4 years of experiencebeing responsible for systems administration in a SaaS softwarecompany.
  • 2 years of relevant cloud SaaS oronpremises system administration experience with Windows and Macdevices.
  • 1 years of experience administrating aMicrosoft 365 environment andapplications.
  • Previous leadership experiencemanaging team members and a technology infrastructureenvironment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 GSuiteiOS macOS and Windows OS.
  • Experience supportingusers laptops and mobile devices who are remotelydistributed.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azuretechnologies and products is aplus.
  • Familiarity with AWS products is aplus.
  • Experience using cloudidentity and access management tools preferably Okta is aplus.
  • Experience scripting withPython PowerShell VBScript or Bash is aplus.
  • Excellent problemsolving andtroubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a collaborativeteam.
