The RoleAs a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. Whether you want to broaden your knowledge base or narrow your scope and specialize in a specific sector, you can find your opportunity here.Role and Responsibilities of the Job:Provide expert technical support in infrastructure domain area to achieve a high degree of Customer delight Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Process Compliance.Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:Windows server administration and team management.Good communication skills, Need to participate in client meetings.Handle regular day to day IT Infra operations.Installation of systems OS ,Applications and break fixing of H/W and S/W issues .Working on Service Desk tickets.Coordinating with IT stake holders to fix the issues.Participate in internal/external audits to showcase the IT compliance status.Perform the IT related task and update the status higher management on regularly.Participating in Day/Weekly status review meetingsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience in Operating Systems tuning and configurations.Ability to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)
