We are a leading digital agency based in Dubai. We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive  for IT Sales (Website, Web and Mobile application) with agency experience to join our dynamic team in Calicut.

 

Job Summary: 

As a Business Development Executive for IT Sales, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and generate revenue by promoting and selling our company's web and mobile application development services. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your goal will be to build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential clients in the web and mobile application development sector.
  2. Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, online platforms, and referrals.
  3. Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements for web and mobile applications.
  4. Solution Presentation: Present our company's web and mobile application development services to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  5. Proposal Creation: Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotes based on clients' specific requirements, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  7. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
  8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies related to web and mobile applications to identify new business opportunities.
  9. Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to the sales manager or relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
  10. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and ensure effective project handover.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a focus on web and mobile application sales.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle and project management processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
