Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated
Business Development Executive
for
Home Loan, Personal Loan and Auto Loan . The primary responsibility of this role is to
generate leads and achieve sales objectives for retail advances within the designated territory or region . The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily sales reports, managing channel leads, updating market information, attending training sessions, and fostering business relationships with channel partners. Additionally, the Retail Asset Products Sales Executive will plan and execute
marketing activities
for assigned products and ensure compliance with the client's code of conduct.
Responsibilities :Generate leads for selling Retail Asset Products.Achieve agreed sales objectives within the defined territory/region for all retail advances.Maintain daily sales reports as per the prescribed format.Manage channel leads effectively.Provide timely updates on market information and competitor schemes to reporting managers.Attend product and sales skill training sessions and stay updated with the latest product features and guidelines.Manage business relationships with channel partners.Act as a single point of contact for coordination on all activities conducted by DSAs for the client.Plan and execute marketing activities for assigned products within the allocated geographical area.Ensure compliance with the client's code of conduct.
Skills & Requirements :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in channel lead management.Strong client relationship management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Highly organized with good time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements.Previous experience in retail sales or financial services preferred.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.Knowledge of retail asset products and financial markets is a plus.
