Overview:As aRelationship Manager for Mutual Funds you will play a crucial rolein developing and maintaining relationships with clients to promoteand sell mutual funds products. You will be responsible forproviding financial advice understanding clients investment needsand offering suitable mutual fund solutions. Your role is essentialin ensuring client satisfaction and longterm businesssuccess.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Build and maintainstrong longlasting customerrelationships
  • Understand clients needs andoffer suitable mutual fund investmentoptions
  • Promote and sell mutual funds productsto individual and institutional clients
  • Providefinancial advice and guidance to clients on mutual fundinvestments
  • Develop and execute strategies toincrease mutual fund sales and marketshare
  • Keep abreast of market trends andinvestment products in the mutual fundsindustry
  • Assist clients in portfolio managementand investment planning
  • Address clientinquiries and concerns in a timely and professionalmanner
  • Collaborate with internal teams toensure excellent customer service andsatisfaction
  • Meet sales targets and contributeto the overall growth of the mutual fundsbusiness
  • Prepare and present reports on salesperformance market activities and clientfeedback
  • Participate in promotional activitiesand events to enhance the visibility of mutual fundproducts
  • Adhere to industry regulations andcompliance standards in all clientinteractions
  • Develop and implement customerretention strategies to maintain a loyal clientbase
  • Stay updated on industry regulationsproduct changes and marketdevelopments
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inFinance Business Administration Economics or relatedfield
  • Professional certification in mutualfunds or related financial services (e.g. CFA CFP)preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience inmutual fund sales financial advisory or relationshipmanagement
  • Proven track record of meeting salestargets and driving business growth
  • Excellentunderstanding of mutual fund products investment strategies andmarket trends
  • Strong knowledge of regulatoryrequirements and compliance standards in the financial servicesindustry
  • Outstanding communication negotiationand interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build andmaintain strong client relationships built on trust andintegrity
  • Proficiency in using CRM software andfinancial analysis tools
  • Analytical mindsetwith the ability to interpret financial data and marketinformation
  • Highly motivated resultoriented andcapable of working independently or as part of ateam
  • Demonstrated ability to multitaskprioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpacedenvironment
