As an RQS team member, you will address some of the world’s largest financial needs with technology proven solutions. You would solve these banking challenges and improve decision making with award winning solutions.  What you will be doing at Evalueserve: Have hands-on experience in structuring / trading / index operations Possess good knowledge in implementing and back-testing complex strategies in VBA and PythonBe familiar with equity, foreign exchange, commodities, interest rates, and futures and options tradingHave experience in running sanity checks and reporting daily maintenance of the indices Be responsible for periodic rolls and rebalancing and carrying out other lifecycle eventsDesign and implement new checks and controls as per client requirementsHave strong functional knowledge of financial and quantitative concepts Collaborate and provide ideas on the implementation of controls and design frameworksManage sub-projects and timelines Respond to ad-hoc client requests What we're looking for MBA / CFA / FRM charter holder or pursuing a masters in Statistics / Mathematics / Economics / or a Master of Technology / Bachelor of Technology with experience in a similar function5–8 years of experience in the financial services industryHands-on experience in index development and maintenance In-depth knowledge of quantitative investment strategiesExcellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skillsComprehensive understanding of Python, VBA, and other financial instruments Keen interest in quantitative finance and fundamental factors affecting the valuation of various asset classes in the global economy Good knowledge of market data providers such as Bloomberg and ReutersAbility to manage / collaborate with team members remotelyAbility to interact with international clientsAbility to identify and solve issues effectively on timeAttention to detail
