About the role

Back Office team has various support functions such as handle tasks that help the front office work well, make sure that transactions failing in the automated flows are completed in a timely manner and secure accounting in travel orders. Main responsibilities are processing refunds to the customers, managing LCC area, handling in travel orders, analyzing data to identify opportunities and reporting configuration improvements. Another important task is to actively work to identify and minimize financial leakage both in the automated flows and human errors. Back office skills are administrative-based skills. This role reports to the Back Office Team Leader.

Requirements

Freshers can apply OR IATA Certified (Diploma/Degree) Have Basic understanding Geography, Travel & Airline Industry Ready to work from Office in shifts due to 24*7 business requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Self-driven, proactive and results oriented Good attention to detail Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle LCC Refunds Handling refunds from Airline Websites/portals Manage Losses and ADMs Contact Airlines & Providers for different issues Analyze and propose solutions for refunds Support Morning/Afternoon/Night & holidays shifts
