Key Responsibilities:  
 

Jira / Jira Align Tool Oversight and ManagementAdding Program IncrementsManaging the deleted items in Jira AlignDeleting Features, Stories, Tasks, and iterations in JABuilds new boards/projects for teamsIdentify Inactive Jira BoardsJira Service Now Ticket VettingHandle board configuration requestsWork in the RDO Ticket board and assign to RDO Members

Qualifications:

Jira / Jira Align Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to Think out of the box / critical thinking Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, or related field Embraces agility, flexibility, and ambiguity. Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate. Has a strong customer-oriented attitude while driving change and results.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Typically requires 3 of more years of experience in IT. Experience with Power BI. Experience with IT standards such as ITIL, SAFE, Lean, CMMI, SDLC is a plus Experience as a software tool admin
