Job Description:
We are seekinga detailoriented and organized Finance and Accounts Associate tojoin
our team. The ideal candidate will be responsiblefor handling various financial and
accounting tasksincluding vendor invoice processing payment processing
reconciliation tax compliance and monthend closing activities. Thesuccessful
candidate will demonstrate strongcommunication skills proficiency in financial software
and tools and the ability to work effectively with internal andexternal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices validate PO related invoices and resolvevendor
queries in a timely manner.
Prepareand process employee expense reports.
Handle corporatecard and ghost card payments as well as vendor advance
payments and settlements.
Manage crossborder paymentsfor servicerelated invoices.
Prepare monthly TDS detailsdeposit TDS and file TDS returns.
Complete MSME returnfilings.
Prepare monthly GST details and reconcile withGST 2B report.
Create purchase orders asrequired.
Assist in the preparation of monthly accrualsand monthend closing activities.
Review monthly generalledger and settle aged items.
Perform vendorreconciliations and resolve vendor queries.
Prepareaudit schedules fixed asset register lease equalizationreserve
prepaid insurance accrual reports TDSreconciliation vendor aging ICFR etc.
Coordinate withinternal and external stakeholders to ensure timely andaccurate
financial transactions.
Demonstrateproficiency in email communication.
Utilize MicrosoftExcel PowerPoint and Word for various financial analysesand
reporting.
Assist in the capitalizationof fixed assets and coordinate with the team as
necessary.
Knowledge of SAP is preferred but notmandatory.
Undertake other projects and duties asassigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor'sdegree in Commerce (B Com) / M Com / MBA
Provenexperience in financial and accounting roles.
Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
Attention to detailand accuracy. Knowledge of SAP is anadvantage.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines.
