  • Negotiate and closedeals with new clients
  • Collaborate withinternal teams to develop tailored solutions forclients
  • Conduct market research to stay updatedon industry trends and competitiveofferings
  • Participate in networking events toexpand the companys reach
  • Develop and delivercompelling sales presentations
  • Hands onexperience with Upwork LinkedIn Sales Navigator emailmarketing
  • Track and report on businessdevelopment activities and results
  • Providefeedback to the management team on market trends andopportunities
  • Contribute to the development ofmarketing strategies
  • Manage the businessdevelopment team if applicable
  • Represent thecompany at industry events andconferences
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven track record of success inbusiness development or sales roles
  • Strongnegotiation and closing skills
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalabilities
  • Ability to understand client needsand present solutions effectively
  • Strategicthinking and problemsolvingcapabilities
  • Experience with CRM software andsales management tools
  • Ability to thrive in afastpaced targetdriven environment
