Aboutthe Role:We areseeking a creative and detailoriented Design Associate with 12years of experience in graphic design or a related field. In thisrole you will play a key part in developing visually compellingpitch decks presentations and social media creatives that resonatewith our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have strongproficiency in design software and the ability to translate complexideas into clear visually appealing content. You will work closelywith the founders office team to ensure all visual materials alignwith ourbrand.
WhatYou ll Be Doing:
  • Craftvisually impactful pitch decks and presentations to supportbusiness development fundraising and communicationefforts
  • Develop creative onbrand social mediavisuals to strengthen our online presence
  • Workclosely with leadership to maintain consistency and professionalismacross all visual materials
  • Simplify complexconcepts into clear concise and visually engagingstories
  • Continuously refine and uphold thebrand s visual identity across variousplatforms
  • Keep up with current design trendsand suggest innovative approaches to improve visualcontent
  • Handle multiple design projectssimultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks in a fastmovingenvironment

WhoYou Are:
  • Bachelor sdegree with 12 years of experience in graphic design or a similarfield
  • Skilled in using design tools like FigmaAdobe Creative Suite PowerPoint Canva andothers
  • Expertise in crafting visually appealingpitch decks and presentations
  • Strong attentionto detail with a sharp sense of design andaesthetics
  • Capable of simplifying complexconcepts into clear and engaging visualformats
  • Outstanding written and verbalcommunication abilities
  • Comfortable working ina team environment and receptive tofeedback
  • Previous experience in a startupenvironment is anadvantage
