from the atmosphere and we aim to remove 5 million tons of CO

We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Design Associate with 12 years of experience in graphic design or a related field. In this role you will play a key part in developing visually compelling pitch decks presentations and social media creatives that resonate with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in design software and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear visually appealing content. You will work closely with the founders

office team to ensure all visual materials align with our brand.What You

ll Be Doing:

Craft visually impactful pitch decks and presentations to support business development fundraising and communication effortsDevelop creative onbrand social media visuals to strengthen our online presenceWork closely with leadership to maintain consistency and professionalism across all visual materialsSimplify complex concepts into clear concise and visually engaging storiesContinuously refine and uphold the brand

s visual identity across various platformsKeep up with current design trends and suggest innovative approaches to improve visual contentHandle multiple design projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks in a fastmoving environment

Who You Are:

Bachelor

s degree with 12 years of experience in graphic design or a similar fieldSkilled in using design tools like Figma Adobe Creative Suite PowerPoint Canva and othersExpertise in crafting visually appealing pitch decks and presentationsStrong attention to detail with a sharp sense of design and aestheticsCapable of simplifying complex concepts into clear and engaging visual formatsOutstanding written and verbal communication abilitiesComfortable working in a team environment and receptive to feedbackPrevious experience in a startup environment is an advantage
