ThePosition

As a Senior Associate IIthe key responsibility:

Provide analytical andconsulting services in designing delivering and executing projectsrelated to Commercial Effectiveness. Perform market financial dataanalysis on prospective projects and recommend decisions. Pharmaincentive calculation analyse and proactively share the insightsand observations creating models that enhance in accordance withthe projects. Analysing market financial projections to advise themanagement on Project Outcomes. Provide updates on marketsactivities to right position the company in the market. Conductingmarket research on the industry and gather market intelligence toenhance management decisions.

Preparingmarketing and financial documents for presentation to highermanagement on Commercial Effectiveness projects. Presenting thebusiness outcomes to stakeholders. Maintain up to date informationon the latest economic trends in relevant markets to challenge thebusiness in right decision making. Ensure superior customersatisfaction by delivering high end quality support to thestakeholders. Provide robust recommendations to management based onthe data analytics. Share insights with the stakeholders as aresult of the analysis.

Complete ownership ofthe deliverables from endtoend with a mindset of continuousimprovement and share recommendations with the manager. Drive pilotprojects track monitor progress and ensure futurestabilisation.

Collaborating closely with theStakeholders to look at feedback developmentopportunities.

Transform business requirementsinto Project requirements and timely closure ofdeliverables.

Use strong quantitative andanalytic abilities to integrate and analyse Pharma data includingSales Market Cost Promotional data.

DataIngestion Metrics Computation and Reconciliation ReportingWorkflows Target Setting Parameter Setting.

Qualifications

• We are expecting you to hold the below skillsand knowledge:
• Bachelor/Masters/EngineeringDegree from a wellrecognized institute.
• Goodacademic track records and grades.
• From 1.5years of relevant experience in Pharma industry and consultingexperience is a must.
• Ability to translatebusiness problems into most efficient and effective analysis plan;execute the analysis including data pull datapreparation.
• Ability to collaborate andcommunicate with different stakeholders primarily with customersvendors consultants and project teams.
• Strongstrategic and analytical capabilities with demonstrated experiencein analysing complex situations collecting data effectivelysynthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete cohesivepicture. Ability to customize solution on stakeholderrequests.
• Proven track record developing andexecuting various field force commercial effectiveness projects toachieve superior results demonstrating datadriven thinking customerorientation and operational excellence.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholdersprimarily with customers vendors consultants and project teams.Consulting experience a plus.
• Ability tosupport project with collaboration data gathering keeping the trackof milestones etc.
