Asa Manager of Inside Sales the candidate will be responsible formanaging the Inside Sales team from work allocation to team reviewand delivery. You will also motivate & support / coach theteam from a Subject Matter & Process point of view toimprove delivery & performancemetrics.

Thisrole is based at Interstrat office in Andheri EastMumbai.

Priorexperienceof 23 yearsinB2BSales / Business Development /InsideSales.

Motivatedand interested in buildingacareerin BusinessDevelopment/Inside Sales /Marketing
GoodSpoken and Written Communication Skills(English)
PeoplepersonInterested in & having Excellent ability to interact withpeople
Familiarity/ Experience with CRM will be anadvantage
