Qualification: Any graduate

Technical Skills:

PostgreSQL, Stored procedures, scripts, queries, views, triggers, and JSON. Knowledge of JSON and PostgreSQL support for JSON. Good to have knowledge/hands on any of these skillset Python,Spark,Kafka & Snowflake

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the developers, database team and leadership teams to build effective databases Collaborate with product managers to make sure database code meets demand Communicate with front-end developers to define plain yet dynamic APIs Keep a check on data structures and quality of data with DBAs In-depth understanding of data management Ability to write database queries and code while maintaining data quality, privacy, and security Implement and maintain database code in the form of stored procedures, scripts, queries, views, triggers, etc. Work with DBAs to ensure efficiency of database code, integrity of data structures and quality of data content Participate as a member in Agile teams, and work with other team members to review user stories, estimate effort to build functionality supporting user stories, and participate in sprint reviews Demonstrate knowledge of cloud solutions and services in a hybrid cloud environment Knowledge of JSON and PostgreSQL support for JSON is a must.

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. Successful experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication both written and verbal. Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and the ability to build consensus. Strong action orientation; ability to make things happen.

Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
