Roles& Responsibilities
a)Facilitate capacity building of district level functionaries on
mobilization.
b) Designmobilization campaigns using network partners(Civil
Society Training PartnersThird Party Aggregators etc.)
c)Coordinating with ITI and candidates for enrolment inthe
MMSKY/NAPSscheme.
d) Arranging workshops andcounselling sessions for youths
e)Providing handholding support like lodging boardingrelated
information to thecandidates in concerned job locationsto
candidates.
f) Other tasks relatedto skill development schemes as
communicated by DSD MP from timetotimebasis.
SalaryAs Per Norms
OverheadExpenses In case of official expenses payment would bemade on actuals.How so ever a candidate is expected to carry hisown workingdevice i.e laptop/charging cableetc.
TravellingAllowance (TA)Dearness Allowance (DA)and Leaves As perTA/DA norms applicable to the rank of Deputy Director DSD MP.Casual leaves 13 days Medical leaves 10 daysOptional leaves 3 days& Local holiday As pergovernment
