Job Title Team Leader (1Nos)
Qualification Candidate should have an Engineering with a Postgraduate
degree/diploma in RuralManagement/ Social Work/Management
or MSW/developmentstudies/Forestry and environmentstudies
from top developmentinstitutes such asIIM/TISS/IRMA/IIFM/XIM
/XISS/MANAGE or in top 200 NIRF or NAAC accreditedinstitutes.

Tenure 1 year with yearly extension on successfulperformance
Location Bhopal MadhyaPradesh
Experience andKey Skills
a) Shouldhave minimum 10 years of work experience.
b) Should have experience ofengaging with industry and
organizing events like industry conferences job fairsindustry
MoUsetc.
c) Should have experience ofimplementing and managing short
term training programmes preferablycentral/state
government/donoragency (World Bank/ADB etc)supported
trainingprogrammes.
d) Proficiency inHindi and English.
e) Should beproficient inMSoffice.
Roles &Responsibilities
a)Team Management & Project Implementation.
b) To coordinate with nodalofficers of the scheme for
achievement of scheme outcomes.
c)To facilitate preparation of Annual Plan forscheme
implementation.
d) To preparevarious reports as required by Departmenton
timetotimebasis.
e) To assist in thepreparation of RFP/bidding documentsas
required.
f) Tracking the progressof the implementation output and
outcome indicators through MIS webportal.
g) Identify impedimentsand suggest measures forovercoming
them.
h) Coordination with theGovt Departments/Directorates/Board/
Corporation/Mission/District Administration/ITI/MSDE/NSDC&
other relevantstakeholders for schemeimplementation.
i) To prepareSOP/User Manual/Guidelines asrequired.
j) Other tasks relatedto skill development schemes as
communicated by DSD MP from timetotimebasis.
Salary As per norms
OverheadExpenses In case of official expenses payment would bemade on actuals.
How so ever acandidate is expected to carry his ownworking
device i.e laptop/chargingcable etc.
TravellingAllowance (TA) Dearness Allowance (DA) and Leaves As perTA/DA norms applicable to the rank of Joint Director DSD MP. Casualleaves 13 days Medical leaves 10 days Optional leaves 3 days& Local holiday As per government rules.No
other types of leaves will begranted.
