Introduction
TheFleet Sales Consultant role is a great opportunity to put yoursales & negotiation skills to the test in a dynamicallygrowing space. Fleet Operations is going to be one of the key focusareas for Uber India in the next few years and the said role offersan entry into thedomain.

KeyResult Areas
Forge partnershipswith bigsized fleets in the region extend the network further toadd newer partners to the UberPlatform
Provide constant ongroundfeedback to the Operations team regarding the urgent requirementsconcerns or suggestions from the FleetPartners
Manage contractnegotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strongworking relationship with our fleet partners including sustainableeconomics for both parties
Achieveand consistently exceed Sales (Acquisition) goals typically on anMoM basis
Partner with onboardingteams to ensure a seamless experience for new fleetpartners
Build best practices inliaison with the Bangalore Supply Growth team to ensure constantand effective engagement of fleet partners and the correspondingdriverpartners
Act as anambassador of Ubers mission brand and product through allinteractions: physical email or telephonic and propagate the ValueProposition weoffer

Number ofFleet Vehicles added to thePlatform
Number of Fleet Partnersadded to the existing base
Numberof Trips taken by the newly added FleetVehicles
Number of Vehiclescompleting 100 trips within 28days

RequirementsSkillSet/Experience Required
Fullworking proficiency in English and Hindi (Written and verbal)Primary cognition of Hindiappreciated
Bachelors Degree with35 experience in a Sales/Business Development Role preferably inthe B2B and Automobilespace
Exceptionalcommunication/negotiation skills and transactional understanding ofthe fleet business
Organisationalability to liaise with multiple internal & externalstakeholders with minute attention todetail
Ability to learn on the goand to learn through iterative correction with a zeal to get betterevery day
A builders mind and apassion for Uber alongside an infectiously positive attitude anddrive towin

AdditionalPointers
The role requiresimmediate onground effort thus readiness to join within a maximumof one month from the offer rollout would be highlypreferred
The role requiresregular travel thus readiness to be constantly on the move isexpected
As mentioned above therole would be under a Third Party Payroll and thus would becontractual in nature
