RoleWeare seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical SupportEngineer to join our client a leading Industrial Automationcompany. The successful candidate will play a crucial role inproviding technical support to our clients ensuring the smoothoperation of our industrial automation solutions. The TechnicalSupport Engineer will work closely with customers internal teamsand external partners to resolve technical issues provide trainingand contribute to the overall success of ourproducts.
Responsibilities:CustomerSupport:
  • Respond promptly tocustomer inquiries providing technical support via phone email oronsite visits.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issuesrelated to industrial automation products andsystems.
  • Collaborate with customers tounderstand their technical requirements and provide effectivesolutions.
TechnicalTroubleshooting:
  • Analyze and resolvehardware and software issues in a timely and efficientmanner.
  • Work closely with the engineering teamto escalate and resolve complex technicalproblems.
Documentation:
  • Createand maintain detailed documentation including troubleshootingguides and knowledge base articles.
  • Documentcustomer interactions technical solutions and productfeedback.
Training andEducation:
  • Conduct training sessionsfor customers and internal teams on the use and maintenance ofindustrial automation products.
  • Stay updated onproduct features upgrades and industry trends to provide accurateand relevantinformation.
Collaboration:
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including Sales Engineering and ProductDevelopment to ensure customer satisfaction and productimprovement.
  • Provide feedback to the productdevelopment team based on customer experiences andneeds.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or arelated field.
  • Proven experience in technicalsupport preferably in the industrial automationsector.
  • Strong knowledge of industrialautomation systems PLCs SCADA HMI and relatedtechnologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting andproblemsolving skills.
  • Effective communicationskills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
  • Willingness to travel for onsitesupport asneeded.
