Overview:

As the Business Development Director you will have theunique opportunity to shape our global business strategy elevateour brand and lead a talented team across continents. This rolerequires a deep understanding of Product engineering &customer operations a strategic mindset and a handson approach tosales business development marketing and strategicpartnerships.

  1. Marketing& Digital Platforms:
  • Create a datadriven marketing strategy with a primaryfocus on digital channels including social media.
  • Understanding our target audiences behaviour preferencesand pain points.
  • Ability to communicateeffectively with the target demographic on various social mediaplatforms building rapport and trust will be crucial in pulling inpotential clients and nurturing them into leads.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media advertising tostrategically target and convert potential leads optimizing adcampaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Utilize marketresearch to position Solutions as a thought leader in the ITservices sector.
  • Develop and execute campaignsthat showcase our expertise and drive brand awareness.
  • Leverage customer success stories to highlight the impactof our services.
  • Continuously analyse andoptimize marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Craft a comprehensive global salesand business development strategy tailored to the IT servicesindustry.
  • Develop and implement effectivesales structures channels and strategies to maximize salesgrowth.
  • Leverage your expertise to optimizesales channels ensuring efficiency and maximum revenuegeneration.
  • Identify emerging markets andtechnologies to expand our service offerings.
  • Forge strategic partnerships and alliances withtechnology providers and industry influencers.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline manage major clientrelationships and close highvalue deals.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs for teamsacross the globe.
  1. TeamManagement:
  • EstablishLead inspire and mentor a geographically dispersed team of salesbusiness development and marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance culturepromoting innovation and creativity.
  • Establishclear KPIs and metrics to measure team performance and driveresults.
  • Ensure effective communication andalignment among team members in different continents.
  1. Market Research and IndustryExpertise:
  • Stay at theforefront of IT trends emerging technologies and industrydisruptions.
  • Translate industry insights intoactionable strategies and opportunities for growth.
  • Guide the team in adapting to market dynamics andevolving customer needs.
  • Provide thoughtleadership through whitepapers webinars and industryevents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT Business or relatedfield; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of10 years in IT services sales business development and marketingincluding 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Deepknowledge of the IT services industry product engineering &customer operations including trends challenges andcompetitors.
  • Strong understanding of socialmedia platforms and their role in lead generation.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationshipbuildingskills.
  • Global mindset with the ability tomanage remote teams effectively.
  • Experiencewith CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
