RequirementsQualifications & Key skills: -

Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of tax laws, employment laws, and payroll practices in both countries.
Analytical Skills: Ability to manage complex calculations and reconcile discrepancies.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical for payroll compliance.
Communication Skills: Clear communication with employees, management, and authorities.
Tech Proficiency: Expertise in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
Handling multiple tax systems and laws.
Dealing with different pay frequency norms (e.g., biweekly in the US, monthly in the UK).
Navigating cultural differences and employee expectations.

Requirements
Qualifications: - - A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in international sales, with a strong focus on the UAE. market. - Proven track record in business development and sales, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed targets. - An MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage for this role. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients effectively and colleagues. - Willingness to work in night shifts to align with UAE business hours.
