Job Purpose: 

Conceptualise and govern sales R&R programs and incentivisation policies and administration. Drive enterprise business ease of sales operations and productivity through constant improvement of sales systems and processes to benchmark and surpass industry standards. Drive sales automation and collaboration projects with the ultimate objective of building an agile sales organisation that is ready to drive business growth through desired behaviour both with the external and internal customers.

Key Accountabilities: 

Strategic: 

Conceptualise, build and further improve upon key sales systems, tools and processes / any other business enablers Periodic governance of Sales targets administration, B2B account mapping/account master, coverage and sales funnel to help optimise on field operations and output Sales incentivisation policies roll-out, governance and review for changes & effectiveness through periodic organization of CRB’s (Commission Review Board) Sales R&R – Policy and governance

Operational: 

Handle requests / queries from sales segments and circle teams for enterprise account enlistment, segment and category change, SIP computation and all allied sales systems Sales incentivisation - Centralized computation & payouts monitoring Operationalise and administer/govern sales leads & opportunity management portal/app (ESMS), Targets & SIP/SAC automation module – Lead to order journey Collaborate with key stakeholders and obtain buy-in for driving planned interventions / change management etc. with the ultimate objective of higher productivity & business growth

Developmental: 

Develop team through continuous training and certification thereby building capabilities, with specific focus on sales planning and enablement methodologies & tools
