The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Chief Growth Officer with essential data related to sales activities. This role will serve as a coordinator, ensuring that data from various functions within the organization is effectively incorporated and presented to management in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant sales data and insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making processes.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data through regular audits and validation processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline data collection processes and enhance efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between sales teams and management, communicating key insights and updates effectively.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales analytics and MIS reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales analytics, MIS reporting, or similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
