Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets within a business development role.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively engage and close deals with clients and partners.
- Strong market research skills to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
- Exceptional relationship building capabilities to maintain and grow long-term client partnerships.
- Outstanding communication skills to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic planning skills to develop and implement effective business strategies that drive growth.
- Experience in lead generation to identify and pursue new client prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools to manage and analyze client interactions and data.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the companys client base in the HR services sector.
- Engage in networking and outreach initiatives to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design strategies that attract and retain customers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations to promote company services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals and partnerships.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients and report on progress in achieving business targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and to facilitate ongoing client satisfaction.
