Role andResponsibilities:We arecurrently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual tojoin our team as the Director Talent Technology Lead. Reporting tothe Executive Director IT the Talent Technology Lead will beresponsible for developing and implementing our talent technologystrategy. This will involve aligning and leveraging emergingtechnologies to maximize talent resource productivity and enhancethe user experience. The successful candidate will also beresponsible for managing the talent technology budget and resourcesensuring attrition is kept under control and managing stakeholdersfrom the Talentfunction.
CandidateQualifications:The idealcandidate for this role should possess a Bachelors degree in arelevant field along with a minimum of 10 years of experience intalent technology management. Strong leadership and communicationskills are essential as the individual will be responsible formanaging a team and collaborating with various stakeholders.Additionally a solid understanding of the staffing and recruitingindustry is highlydesirable.
