Today, they serve over 600 clients across the full IP life cycle with the industry's leading products and services.

Position : Technical Director - Salesforce

Experience : 18y - 25y (12yr+ in Salesforce Development)

Location : Bangalore (Work from Office only)

Joining : Immediate to 30 days preferred

CTC Offered : 47LPA - 53LPA

Important : Should be open to take calls early morning/ late nights as will be interacting with US / UK Clients.

Purpose of this Role : Looking for Technical Director - Salesforce with Salesforce Development, Product implementation, Client interaction and delivery management experience. The roles will have a 70% technical and 30% people management component. Prior experience of leading a team of 30+ people would be preferred.

Responsibilities :

a) Design and development of Salesforce workflows and user interfaces (Hands on)

b) Specialize in gathering and analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions that meet best practice standards and the clients' needs.

c) Create prototype and conduct design workshops

d) Translate business requirements into working Salesforce solutions

e) Deploy/implement Salesforce solutions to various client production and pre-production environments and troubleshoot issues

f) Design, develop and modify Salesforce API to support external integrations, SSO, Community portal and system integrations.

g) Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, programming with Lightning Aura Components and good Knowledge in LWC

h) Strong practical deployment knowledge of Visual Force, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com controls

i) Handle Data migration, Data import and export automation, Data modeling and Data Security

j) Create technical documentation such as design documents, specifications, software architecture documents, and instructions

k) Analyze design and architectural issues and questions

l) Support and assist management of the project development team

m) Work in a team environment using a structured development process and deliver on time

n) Follow up with issues in an efficient manner, including working hand in hand with Quality Assurance, Project Management

o) Lead a team of 100 + members made up of Developers, Sr. Developers, Team Leads, Managers

Requirements :

a) 12yr+ experience in Salesforce Development

b) Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

c) Excellent people management skill, should have handled multi-geographical team

d) Ability to understand client needs

e) Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.

f) Detail orientation and problem-solving ability with the ability to learn quickly to leverage new concepts, technologies, and solutions.

g) Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and recommend effective solutions.

h) Cutting edge innovator who continually studies new technologies and functionality, and is involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.

i) Advanced knowledge of project development life cycle, including the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple complex projects.

j) Ability to coordinate issues identification and resolution between internal and external clients and the development team.

k) Expert knowledge of project development life cycles, including the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.

l) Ability to lead and supervise others.

m) Able to use advanced features of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Vision.

n) Most preferred skills: SFDC knowledge or apps developed on Sales Force.com and knowledge in JIRA.

Educational Qualifications :

a) BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA/MCA

b) Salesforce Certifications would be a plus
