Roles andResponsibilities

  • Thisrole will be responsible for Onboarding of WABAclients.

  • Whichwill include to ensure that they should have FBverified.

  • Ifthey dont have FB verified FBM agent needs to get the processcompleted with theclient.

  • Thisrole will be responsible for doing essential follow up until theactivation process getscompleted.

  • Reportsneed to be built monthly weekly for activationstatus.

  • Candidatesshould have good written and spoken Englishskills.

  • Idealcandidates must have good customer support etiquettes.



Requirements


  • Strongwritten and spoken Englishskills.

  • Excellentcustomer service skills with a positive and helpfulattitude.

  • Abilityto learn quickly and adapt to newprocesses.

  • Strongorganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.

  • Proficientin using computers and comfortable with various softwareapplications (e.g. Microsoft OfficeSuite).

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program,preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relatedfield. Strong passion for sales and a desire to pursue a career insales or business development. Excellent communication skills, bothverbal and written. Confidence and resilience to handle rejectionand overcome objections. Ability to work independently and as partof a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
