NDC PM teams are organized around 2 main pillars: airline and travel sellers.

You will be part of the travel sellers’ team, a team of 7 extremely motivated people

Our objective is to design the best global solution for the Travel Sellers in line with the Amadeus strategy, listening to them (OTA, BTA, or retail), understanding their requirements, and making sure that we deploy the best solution for both our airlines and Travel Sellers. 

What would be your role? 
 

Be Epic Owner in the Air Distribution Content SAFE organization for cross airline-travel sellers' requirements. Analyze and prioritize the requirements ensuring balance between Amadeus strategy/objectives and customer needsBe solution expert in core team supporting Hypercare/360 GBAs/5M OTA Club initiatives.Actively participate in customers’ discussions/workshops to understand their business needs to translate into technical/functional requirements.Represent NDC [X] PM team in internal/external events.Proactively communicate to key stake holders (PMM, Customer Support, customer facing teams, Learning…) on product readiness/coming deliverables.Produce/maintain internal/external functional documentation (MVS (Minimum Viable Solution), including end-to-end flows (for Key Products), data flows and inter-operability needs, Release Notes…) Document/communicate know technical limitations Work in collaboration with all stakeholders contributing to the E2E flow (sales engineer, account team, implementation team, PM, PMM, R&D, operations, …) Follow-up on budget spent.

Working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline. Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.​ Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.​ Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations. Ability to communicate effectively with people: Ability to express ideas / views and pass on information in an open and honest manner which is clear and which others understand.
