JobRequirements:

1.Datacenter activities like cabling new rack installation etc shouldbe effectively planned reviewed and executed
2.Datacenter CMDB should be available and updated and kept at centrallocation
3. Ensure all SLA metrics are met as per agreedSLA norms for all deliverables.
4. Identify risksthreats and recommend corrective or preventive measures.
5. Should be aware about ITSM / ISO 20000 ISO 27001 ISAE3402 SOX404 and Customer specific audit for overall physical infrastructuremanagement process.
6. Coordinate with Service providerfor DC power cooling & associated infrastructure(FAS/WLDS/ACS/VESDA/CCTV) and Coordinate with facilities on the RCAfor all the incidents.
7. Provided Monthly/ Weeklyreporting of capacity critical issues and ensure delivery ofreports and tasks.
8. Manage all Commissioning anddecommissioning of equipments (Server devices Network DevicesStorage etc ) and ensuring standards/policies areadhered.
9. Plan Analyze and Coordinate with Business/Support teams for planned/unplanned downtime of server networkstorage etc.
10. Value Creation through ServiceImprovement Plans (SIPs) Reviewing Customer Feedbacksetc.
11. Communicating and sharing Best Practices andLessons Learned within the organization and fromClients.
