Title : Senior Analyst – Contract to Billing

Business unit : Finance Operations

Reporting to : Assistant Manager

Key stakeholders : Regional Finance teams

Duties & responsibilities

What this job involves –

Review and setup new contracts and projects Creation of Invoice/Credit Notes & rebill. Prepare monthly journal entries for revenue and expense accruals, reclasses, and expense allocations Assist accounts receivable team with cash application & AR maintenance. Respond to billing inquiries from account teams Follow-up on outstanding receivables and provide cash application instructions Assist stakeholders with Daily/weekly/monthly reporting Handle mailbox for request and query management Ensure service delivery as agreed KPIs’ Update SOPs to capture the exceptions while processing as and when required Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment Team player and yet able to work independently Provide assistance and supporting during internal/external audits Perform other duties assigned as and when required i.e. process improvement initiatives, system implementation and ad-hoc projects

To apply you need to have: –

Ability Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification. Comfortable with AMER shift timings. 3-5 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment This position must be able to interact effectively with both the internal and external client teams daily Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Team player and yet able to work independently. Good accounting knowledge

Performance objectives

Fulfil agreed SLAs with local country finance teams Improved internal procedures and compliance with policies

Key skills

Strong Excel skills Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management

Employee specification

Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification. Preferably more than 1-5 years of working experience in T&E / AP
