ponsible for the specialtiesportfolio P&L. Identifies opportunities to deliver incrementalgross margin growth through cost reduction and/or volume growthopportunities and manages quarterly reviews to ensure delivery ofFinancial metrics versus plan Managing theProduct portfolio to deliver near and long term GM growth targetsconsistent with global space/brand strategiesImplement the product category framework and follow theproduct portfolio management rules to simplify and manage therange Actively administer product life cyclesto ensure a strategic and profitable portfolioManaging the additions and deletions to the portfolio tosimplify and evolve the range to maintain differentiation andensure clear category product growth and exit strategies within therules of the game framework Manage theStreamline/Fusion/ODIMS systems for the market for the Specialtiesportfolio Maintain Product DataSheets Interacting cocoordinating &supporting the global product management team for Specialties bygiving inputs for offer development especially in the early stageon ODIMS Leads development of engagementprograms with consumers and customers including planning foractivations and gaining alignment with activationmanager Ensure effective tracking measurementand usage of ASP. The incumbent will be responsible for devisingprograms budgeting spends monitoring spends and utilization as wellas be responsible for the ROI delivery of the same.Managing and owning the LBM business process cycle (24months) for the portfolio covering volume forecasting assumptionsmarketing input calendar Competitive analysisand market development. Monitoring sales performance and takeactions for aligning performance to meet companyobjectives Accountable for Price positioningin line with Global pricing strategy working closely with PricingTeam.

Experience and Qualifications

Educational background

  • University degree in B.Tech./Marketing orrelated discipline
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree desirable

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales &Marketing
  • Product management experience in arelated or allied category
  • Experience ofworking in complex and challenging global organisations / complexstakeholder management
  • Ability to successfullybuild enduring and productive relationships with senior levelleaders from a broad range of business disciplines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
