Ø Purpose of Position

The job incumbent is responsible to provide a professional and comprehensive Human Resources support such as Recruitment, Operational HR at the regional level across diversified business and geographical spread. The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy

Ø Major Responsibilities

Responsible for End to end recruitment life cycle. Responsible for managing recruitment and selection process of the region in line with the budget and needs of business lines on timely basis. Ensure timely induction of newcomers as per BV guidelines. To manage employment processes at regional level such as employee joining, induction, confirmation, transfer, separation, local compliances as applicable. Update employee details and transactions in the HRIS system. Preparing offer letter, Appointment letter, confirmation letter, contract letters, relieving and experience Maintain and provide necessary MIS and records as required by local and Corporate HR. Participate in all HR initiative undertaken by the company Take the initiative in employee engagement activities Coordinate with business Managers and record the training hours of all the employees regional level. Prepare the salary inputs for payroll processing. Maintaining employees files/Database as per audit requirement and Personal File Management.

Ø Roles & Responsibilities for HSE

Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations. To comply company HSE requirements . policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others. Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE . any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers. Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects Maintain and provide necessary MIS and records as required by Corporate as required by Management
